Reasons for Decision Regarding the Labour Dispute Between Air Canada and the Canadian Union of Public Employees

Pursuant to the direction received from the Minister of Labour under section 107 of the Canada Labour Code regarding the labour dispute between Air Canada and the Canadian Union of Public Employees, in Board file no. 038939 C, the Board issued order no. 1697-NB on August 17, 2025, implementing the ministerial direction.

The Board has now issued the reasons for its above-noted decision in file no. 038939 C, as Air Canada, 2025 CIRB 1197.
